Our Simple 4-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return

Access the chat widget and click "Initiate a Return". We will guide you through the steps to send your item back to us.

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Send Back Your Item

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Any applicable duties or taxes related to the return will also be your responsibility.

3. We Review Your Return

Our team will carefully inspect the item to ensure it's in proper working condition.

If the item appears used or shows wear, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

4. Refund or Credit Issued

Depending on the condition, we will process either a full or partial refund, or provide store credit.

We reserve the right to deduct a 10% restocking fee from your refund. Expect your refund within 10-15 business days.

Return Eligibility Guidelines

  • The light fixture must be returned in the condition it was received.
  • The item should remain unused.
  • Include all original packaging and contents in the return.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns made within 30 days are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or store credit.
